Modern world citizen action has been a response to important challenges faced by the world community. Individuals who saw the dangers of traditional ways of thinking have acted together to promote loyalty to the human family and negotiated responses to violent conflicts.

Thus; the Association of World Citizens builds upon the efforts of a long line of creative thinkers and active world citizens.
